Breckwell 1/2″ X 11′ Rope Ash Pan Gasket. The ash pan gasket creates a tight seal between the ash pan and the body of the unit. You should inspect this gasket regularly. If the gasket does not seal properly you could have a difficult time controlling the burn and smoke/flue gas may enter the room. If the gasket is damaged or the door will not seal correctly it should be replaced!
