NOTE: ALL PELLET STOVES REQUIRE A NONCOMBUSTIBLE SURFACE UNDER THE STOVE TO MEET SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PERMITTING WHERE APPLICABLE. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER’S HEARTH PAD THAT HAS BEEN TESTED AND SPECIFICALLY LISTED FOR USE IN THE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR THESE STOVES ONLY. THIS HEARTH PAD WILL NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY OTHER STOVE FROM HARMAN OR OTHERWISE.

This pad MUST BE LISTED in your specific installation manual to meet NFPA211 guidelines. Always check with your local inspection authority prior to purchase and installation.

This hearth pad has been changed since it was first developed for the Accentra Stove which has recently been discontinued. It now features a solid surface so it can be used under the Absolute 43 which stands off the floor on legs.

We still have stock of the previous version, 1-00-02471-1. Please call us directly if you want to order that one which is the only approved version

We are not able to control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.

The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
