Measurements required for proper fitment
- Before ordering a replacement cooking grate, please measure your existing grate (Measurement A), main cooking grate opening ( Measurement B), and the nominal interior width and depth of the grill (Measurement C). If your grill has more than one grate and they do not overlap by design, add the width of each grate together to find your total product width.
-
Measure the grill opening inside that the cooking grate is covering. The opening is from the outside of the support edges, left to right, and the same way front to back (Measurement B).
* NOTE – Most grills will have 1/4″~1/2″ support widths. This is the lip/ shelf/ bracket that the cooking grate rests on. The opening measurement does NOT include this surface.
- Measure the nominal interior grill width from sidewall to sidewall and the depth from the front lip to the back wall (Measurement C).
If your “A” measurement is the same as this product, you’re good. If your “A” measurement is different from this product, compare it with your “B” and “C” measurements. This product needs to be larger than the “B” measurement AND smaller than the “C” measurement.
